Many of us hide ourselves, ashamed of who we are and afraid of being judged by others.  We constantly criticize or put ourselves down for perceived failures, mistakes, or "flaws".  We can also feel lost - having lost sight of who we are, what we want, or lacking a purpose or meaning in life. We may also feel anxious, lacking in motivation, or that every day is a struggle.

A sense of disconnection can bring both isolation and suffering to our lives.  We can end up feeling alone, unimportant, or not good enoughThis impacts our quality of life and often influences important relationships.

I believe that one of the keys to human happiness is being seen and heard. Therapy offers a unique opportunity to have someone focus on understanding how you are feeling, how you have come to be the person you are, your unique individual needs, and what you want to work on changing.

The therapeutic journey is a collaborative exploration so you can re-discover yourself, find your own voice, and be empowered to live a more enriched life, connected to yourself and to those around you.
